The Fisherman's Market provides fresh local fish and seafood in Eugene. We are the only live crab, fresh from boat to table seafood restaurant in town! At Fisherman's Market, you'll find a fresh, wild, unusual, wide selection of seafood. Everything on our diverse menu is tasty. We know our fish, and we know the fishermen who bring the freshest seafood from the boat to your dining table. In addition to being a full service fish market, we are one of the largest Dungeness Crab retailers in Oregon! The market is owned by a commercial fishing family. Many of our crew, our fishmongers, have fished the seas as well. We even use our recycled vegie oil to run our vehicles transporting the fish from the coast and the Columbia to our store. We're proud to support local fishing families in the area. Yep, we're powered by Fisherman's Market fish and chips too - undeniably the best around. Stop by our store and let us Hook you UP! Check our SECOND restaurant location inside of PublicHouse, 418 A Street, Springfield, Oregon, 97477; Open for dine-in and takeout.

Clear back in 1992, a hankerin' for good barbecue had us looking all over Eugene for a place to fill our bellies. There weren't any, so we opened our own! Our first location opened in 1993 and we've been sharing our food with folks ever since.
Dave's Hot Chicken was created by best friends Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and Tommy and Gary Rubenyan. Dave, a chef trained in Thomas Keller's (French Laundry) organization set out to create the perfect Hot Chicken by searching, tasting, and frying. The four friends scrounged up $900 to put a tiny stand in an East Hollywood parking lot. The menu was simple, and chicken was the star. And what chicken it is! Sourced and prepared to be the juiciest and most tender imaginable with each piece topped with Dave's own mix of spices ranging from "Mild" to "The Reaper". Arman created Instagram buzz and the lines began to grow. Two nights later, Eater/LA showed up to see what the fuss was about. The next morning's headline read "East Hollywood's Late Night Chicken Stand Might Blow Your Mind". Almost instantly, the lines stretched around the block. A year later, the boys had the money to open a shop in a hip strip-mall with de_cor by local street artists, where the crowds continued to grow with wait-times of an hour and more. From there, the incredibly craveable "Hot and Spicy" varieties have created a cult following with rave reviews across the U.S. and Canada.
