Taking the humble grilled cheese sandwich to a whole new level, GCDC offers diners a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches that are sure to amaze. This grilled cheese sandwich bar is the brain child of Bruce Klores and his son Steven, and every dish on the menu has been developed by the duo themselves over several happy evenings of experimentation. The menu offers everything from the French Onion with a Gruyère blend and caramelized onions, to the Kim-cheese steak with cheddar blend, kimchi, their signature spicy sauce and Korean-style roast beef. Combined with a drinks menu of tasty cocktails and beer, alongside cheese and charcuterie boards, soups and sides, GCDC has something for everyone. If you're feeling particularly adventurous then you can also put together your own sandwich with a variety of cheeses, breads and toppings to choose from.
