Our coffee is roasted right here in Washington, so you know it's the best. Dogs, kids, and conversation are all welcome here, and we encourage our guests to take the time to meet their neighbors -- of all species. Vinason is a fast casual Vietnamese restaurant. Our only focus is Vietnamese food with Love. We source local and sustainable as much as possible. Our beef broth is cooked 24 hours with 100 lbs of antibiotics free pasture raised beef bones. Our steak, brisket, and meatballs are antibiotics free and hand crafted. Our tofu is non GMO and our shrimp are always wild gulf shrimp. Our fish sauce is pure anchovies and salt. Our fix siracha is organic. We can't afford for all ingredients to be organic, but our passion to elevate Vietnamese food is. Food with Love!
