We have worked with agencies that have no engineer or regular scheduled meetings to cities that are larger than most counties and from mom and popclients to large international developers. Cornerstone Engineering, Inc, with years of staff experience, is suited to provide high quality engineering, survey and planning services. Originally operated by a two-man team, Soils Engineering was founded to fill a need in Bakersfield by providing quality, customized Geo-technical Engineering, Field Investigations and Testing to a thriving local construction industry. We have grown a lot since then, but we still strive to give the same kind of small company attention to detail, with the expertise of a large company that has acquired over 50 years of experience since our inception in 1966.
