Prima CARE, PC at 277 Pleasant Street, Building 1, anchors Prima CARE's main medical campus in Fall River, MA. The building houses offices for many of our primary care physicians, along with Prima CARE Allergy & Immunology, Orthopedics and Endocrinology. Diagnostic imaging and the Fall River Walk-In Clinic are also on campus at 289 Pleasant Street. Since 1991, Prima CARE has served southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island with primary and specialty care, with facilities in Fall River, Somerset, Tiverton and Westport and care provided in the office, hospital, nursing home, walk-in clinic and at home for home-bound patients.
