In addition to drug and alcohol testing, we offer a number of health screening services, including DOT and company physicals, fit testing, pulmonary-function testing, and respiration evaluations. Our services include: Drug and alcohol screening Hair-follicle testing Instant 5, 10, and 12-panel drug testing Synthetic drug screening DOT and company physicals Complete audiograms Respiratory testing Fit testing Pulmonary function testing On-site drug and alcohol testing On-site fit testing DOT and Non-DOT Consortium Management In addition to our regular hours of operation, we are available 24/7 for random, reasonable-suspicion, and accident-related drug and alcohol testing. For after hours services, you may contact us by calling the office number at 432-687-6870. For some of our tests, results are available instantly in-house. Others, such as urine and hair follicle tests, may be forwarded to the lab of your choice.
We offer quick mobile phlebotomy services. Our certified phlebotomists are passionate about making your lab work experiences as convenient and comfortable as possible. We value patient experiences and would love to provide a service you can rely on. We would take your doctors orders for your blood along with your insurance and take it to the lab of your choice. The service fee does not include the blood work. We have experienced phlebotomists who are kind and gentle. Experienced with kids of all ages to adult/geriatrics.
