Freedom Fitness is a locally owned and operated health club that prides itself on its community feel. We strive to provide the most welcoming and inclusive environment available for our members and guests. Our facility houses a wide range of cardio equipment and a variety of strength and resistance machines. We have a squat rack, a smith machine and several cable pulldown stations. Also available are multiple sets of dumbbells and Olympic bars. The facility is 24-hour access for all active members. Our locker rooms have a steam room as well as day lockers and showers that are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We provide towel service, free wifi, and complimentary coffee. Our Personal Trainers are all certified through reputable programs and boast years of experience. Membership is not a requirement to train with our trainers. Many of our members start out with training packages before deciding to activate a full membership with us. Group Fitness classes are offered at no additional charge with every membership. These include classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Circuit classes, Bootcamp, Zumba and Spin. We have all equipment needed for every class available for use in our Group Fitness room, however feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Our staffed hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 1:00pm on the weekends. We look forward to seeing you!

Experienced hikers will appreciate the beauty of this hike in Papago Park. Located on Camelback Mountain, at 2700 feet, it is the highest point in Phoenix. This popular trail is well maintained and offers a close-up view of the desert. This trail runs just over one mile and offers several areas of challenge. For those inclined to a less arduous path, try the one-mile hike at nearby Squaw Peak.
