Brady Performance is a football Quarterback training business located in San Diego, California. We offer on the field Quarterback training, Quarterback IQ and Quarterback Film study through Zoom also.
The Fit program is geared toward running/walking the Tri-City Medical Center Carlsbad Marathon and Half Marathon. You can choose to sign up for the whole year (July 2017 - July 2018) or just until the completion of the Carlsbad race (July 2017 - January 2018). If you aren't ready to commit to a whole year quite yet, you can upgrade your membership after Carlsbad to keep training with the Fit program. Membership details and prices can be found here. In order to place you with others who run a similar pace, we use an ability based color group system (see definitions below). We will determine which color group is best for you at the season kick-off orientation in July. You will then receive a custom training schedule from your head coach outlining the schedule for each week, including a group run on Saturdays. For the majority of Saturday group runs, the San Diego group meets at Hospitality Point on Mission Bay and the Carlsbad group meets at the West Inn & Suites in Carlsbad.

We specialize in sports performance training, injury prevention and anatomical reconditioning for all ages and athletic abilities. We are results driven and excel through our comprehensive approach to sports training and conditioning. Our clientele includes professional, collegiate, and elite high school athletes. Additionally, we have training programs for adults and youth athletic development programs.
