The Atlantic Diving Team (ADT) is a year-round, privately run, lessons and competitive Springboard and Platform Diving Team. The Atlantic Diving Team is a certified USA Diving & AAU Junior Springboard and Platform Diving Program. The ADT is always searching for enthusiastic kids ages 5 & up for the opportunity to learn the art of springboard and platform diving. All lessons and practices are supervised by USA Diving & AAU Certified Coaches. All coaches have had background checks and are constantly advancing their skills to bring out the best in our divers and themselves.
Milers Running Club and Camp is a track club for boys and girls ages 6 to 18 years old.
