We are a competitive semi-professional men’s soccer club based in the greater Des Moines area. We’re here to continue to raise the standard of soccer in Iowa by providing high-level players with a legitimate post-college platform and direct access to the next level through the United Premier Soccer League. (UPSL) We are community-built, player-focused, and proudly rooted in Iowa’s 515. Our mission is simple: bridge the gap between collegiate athletes and the professional stage while fostering a team culture that’s inclusive, intense, and inspiring to fans and families alike. Whether you’re a die-hard supporter, an aspiring player, or a local business looking to get involved, Capital City Roots FC is growing fast and you’re invited. Join the movement. Come grow with us.
