It teaches various skills, including basic and breaking techniques, forms, self-defense, and one-step and free sparring. US Tae Kwon Do Academy serves beginners and experts. The academy s belt program teaches jump front, kicking, flying and sidekick skills. It publishes a newsletter, Tae Kwon Do Talk, which offers information about upcoming events and classes.
