KTS is a Chinese/ Indonesian martial art system that employs both combat and healing techniques. He specializes in 1 on 1 personal training and small groups in his home studio in north Denver. He is also available for seminars. Rex teaches a complete self defense curriculum and has conducted seminars teaching KTS in various martial arts schools and venues. Rex can help you improve your fitness regarding flexibility, balance, core strength, awareness, mental and emotional fitness. and teach you real world self defense. Whether you're a beginner in the marital arts or an expert, he can help you. He works with students of all fitness levels & can custom tailor a program to your personal needs & goals. About Kun Tao Silat de Thouars: Kun Tao is Chinese and is a distant relative of Shaolin Kung Fu. It too is an animal system. Silat is an islander martial art from Indonesia that is not often taught in the United States. Kun Tao Silat de Thouars is a real world "battlefield ready" martial art teaching survival in potentially dangerous situations. KTS is well-rounded with both stand up and ground fighting techniques and both open hand & weapons while infusing Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Rex specializes in small blades and Indonesian stick work.
