The classes are taught in our State of the Art Facility by Extraordinary Professional Teachers. All classes are Safe and Easy to Learn with Age Specific Programs Character Development is integral to our programs, developing students not only physically, but mentally & emotionally as well. Fitness Kickboxing classes are also available for individuals 16 and above.
