Little Ninjas (Ages 4-6) Children in this age group have a shorter attention span. The classes are designed to improve attention span, listening skills, and motor skills like balance and coordination all while using a multi-styled Martial Arts system to keep it fun and exciting. Juniors (Ages 7-13) Our system teaches kids to become goal oriented achievers. The step-by-step multi-styled Martial Arts curriculum will guide your child on a journey to becoming a confident and capable Black Belt. Our classes are positive, well-disciplined and safe. Adults (14 & Up) From the beginner with no prior Martial Arts experience to the advanced Black Belt, our multi-styled Martial Arts curriculum will help us guide adults to peak performance in greater levels of flexibility, stress-relief, weight control, and much, much more all while learning highly effective self-defense skills.
