We are a Martial Arts Academy that teaches traditional Shotokan karate-do style. Our students range from 4 yrs old to adults, with different ranks (belt color) and levels of fitness. Through the structure of Shotokan, students learn discipline, their self esteem is increased, self defense, responsibility, and leadership. v

We strive to build strength and integrity, and focus on becoming champions in martial arts and in life. FastKicks Academy is Seffner’s premier martial arts facility. We are conveniently located in the Winn-Dixie plaza on the corner of Parsons and MLK. Our training facility has a full pro shop and a fully matted training floor. Classes are offered daily and are open to anyone 6 years old and above. We also offer specialty classes including: weapons, basic gymnastics, takedowns, etc.

At Gracie Brandon, our goal is to create an environment where students not only receive the highest level of instruction in current Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts strategy & technique, but that they also grow as individuals. Students learn how to communicate with each other & share ideas that ultimately lead to personal growth. Our Gracie Brandon Youth Program is designed to give positive instruction, practice & fun -- all of which are crucial components for all teen & youth classes. The coaches use a combination of teaching techniques & games to keep kids focused as well as motivated. Jiu Jitsu is a great sport for children, because it?s not dependent on size, strength or physical ability. With multiple classes offered each week for all Gracie Brandon Kids, you can be comfortable knowing your child is learning a mixed martial art that is not only fun as a sport, but also helping your child develop confidence, courage and self-control.

U.S. Taekwondo Hapkido offers quite a variety of courses. For the children we have evening classes, after school program and we pick up from local schools and a summer camp for kids. For the adults we offer Practical Hapkido and Taekwondo classes plus firearms training to include concealed weapon permit classes. There's also an instructor on sight that is certified in School Attacker Response Course, that is offered free of charge to local schools and Abduction Prevention for the children, call for more info.
