What makes my training different is the combination of real athletic experience, martial arts discipline, and personalized coaching. With over 21 years in the fitness industry and as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor and competitor, I bring a performance-based approach that blends strength, endurance, mobility, and functional training. Every program is customized. Whether you’re a beginner, an athlete, or someone in their 60s or 70s looking to stay strong and active, I focus on safe progress, proper technique, and long-term results. Through my WarriorFit training system, clients don’t just exercise they train with purpose. The workouts combine elements of strength training, conditioning, and martial-arts inspired movement to build confidence, resilience, and real-world strength. Most importantly, I treat every client like family. My goal is not just to help you get fit, but to help you become stronger, healthier, and more confident in everyday life. Train like a warrior. Live with purpose. Coach Miko
Our dojo was founded by Sensei Robert and his wife. Sensei Robert is a Marine with over 20 years of experience with various styles of martial arts. He holds multiple level black belts in three of those styles. Our dojo is grounded in the historical tradition of each style offered. We chose the motto "Endeavor to find the truth", because it embodies our goal to always find the truth in every aspect of martial arts and life. We offer real life training for all levels of students in martial arts, self defense and weapon training. Call us today for a complimentary first class to familiarize yourself with our dojo. Veterans and First Responders please speak to Sensei Robert or his wife Dawn for discounts for your service to our country. Thank you for what you do.
