CrossFit, Cardio Kickboxing and Martial arts. We offer classes in CrossFit, Kickboxing and martial arts classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai. If you want rows of treadmills and shiny machines so you can watch CNN while doing a half ass workout then Unit 2 is probably not for you. The reason we have so few machines is we manly use them for rehab and personal training. We don't use them in any of our fitness programs because they are boring, methodical, not functional and not particularly effective for quick, effective results. We have plenty of ways to get your heart rate up and none of them involve mindless toiling on a treadmill. We do have lots of free weights, kettle bells, tires to flip, medicine balls, and other functional equipment. (i.e. the stuff that gets results) We achieve results here and train hard and effectively every second we are in the gym. You do not need 2 wandering hours in the gym if you can use your time effectively to get what you need in 1 hour. If you want to be in the best shape of your life at whatever age or point of your life you are in then come train with us and get the results you desire!
