We’re a small, family and community focused gym where everyone is welcome. All levels are invited, including complete beginners, and your first class is free. The space is cleaned daily so you can focus on training. If you’ve been thinking about trying martial arts but feel intimidated, this is the place to start, it’s not as scary as it seems. We offer classes for all ages and levels. Kids can start at age 3, with separate classes for ages 5–7 and 8–12 so they learn at a pace that actually works for them. We also have kids kickboxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, a Muay Thai program, and a free weekly women’s kickboxing class. Everything is beginner-friendly, and advanced students are still challenged and able to keep improving.
