Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK is a Martial Arts school that specializes in Self-Defense & Brazilian Sport Jiu-Jitsu for Kids, Teens, Adults both Men & Women ages 4 & up. Beginner & Advanced Classes are available 7 days a week. We are the only school in Honolulu, Hawaii Certified to teach both Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and the Gracie Academy's programs, Gracie Combatives and Bullyproof. Our University location also holds women's cardio kickboxing classes on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.

More than 90% of our new students have no karate experience at all but transition by just following the fundamentals.
