Kanjizai Martial Arts is the premier school in the Towson, Lutherville Timonium, and Baltimore areas for practical self-defense training. At Kanjizai, the traditional Japanese arts of Ju-Jutsu and Ninjutsu are taught for the modern student, seeking a practical, useful means of self-defense. Highly trained Kanjizai instructors are also experienced in modern arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA Conditioning, and Collegiate Wrestling, offering modern insights for traditional martial arts.
Ring Dragon Martial Arts is a local, small, Black owned, family business in NE Baltimore, MD. We are a Non-Traditional Tang Soo Do based martial arts program with influences from Boxing and Thai Boxing and an off-shoot of the Hill's Hitters martial arts program. Ring Dragon is a physical school that places focus on physical strength and conditioning, fight related drills and sparring. We do not teach forms, board breaking or jumping in the air. Our emphasis is on getting students in better shape, increasing flexibility and honing fighting related skill sets. Classes are currently being held at my home studio. Since 2014, we have been training young martial artists to have discipline, concentration, self-confidence -- and amazing physical skills. Last year, we expanded the curriculum to adults, in separate classes. Three Branches provides personalized attention to every student. Classes stay small so few details are missed. Students are moving up, so act fast before beginner classes are full again!
