Aikido classes with a focus on traditional USAF instruction.
A traditional martial arts school in Kingston NY focused on teaching Tang Soo Do Karate in a family atmosphere. In addition to self defense and fitness, martial arts will help build confidence, respect and leadership skills that will benefit young and old. Our program is run by 7th degree Master and Owner, Keith Bennett, who has over 30 years in the martial arts across multiple disciplines. Our school is affiliated with the Intercontinental Tang Soo Doo Organization under Kwan Jang Nim Dominick Giacobbe. We invite you to visit our school and experience classes first hand and see what Karate can do for you.
