Our teacher, Rick Ray (Tenzin Gyalpo) has been training in martial arts since 1972! He is fully authorized as a black belt (or higher) instructor or it’s equivalent in over 10 different martial arts! He has been training in the Bujinkan martial arts since 1982. He has travel to Japan, and all around the world to train and teach. He is a fully ordained Ngagpa Yogi Tantric Buddhist practitioner, and meditation teacher also having years of experience in Zen and esoteric Japanese Buddhism. Mr. Ray has decades of experience in bodybuilding, powerlifting and conditioning, as well as yoga . Our teacher was a bouncer from 1989 to 2016 and worked for the Cuyahoga county sheriffs department as a correctional officer . He brings all of this experience and more to our Dojo .
