Paladin Self Defense offers specialized coaching with a focus on personalized instruction through small group sessions. We also provide sensory-focused classes tailored for individuals who experience disabilities. Additionally, we have boxing basics classes designed for those interested in fitness and self-defense skills without necessarily pursuing competitive boxing. Paladin Self Defense does not have a competition team. Our classes are located in Mendez Boxing Gym, interested in competing? We can connect you with their coaches. *We volunteer with Mendez Boxing and offer their patrons focus-mitt workouts.*

Shao-Lin Kempo has no weak links in its style--it is a full and complete combat system The origin of Shao-Lin Kempo dates back as far as 4,000 years ago when the art was used by the military to ward off invading Tartans and Barbarians. The first Shao-Lin monastery was erected on Mt. Su in Hunan Province by the religious monks who were seeking the salvation and unity of their souls and bodies, as well as the military monks, who were preparing to restore the overthrown Ming Dynasty. The Shao-Lin Kempo movements were derived from the five original animal forms: the DRAGON, the SNAKE, the TIGER, the LEOPARD, and the CRANE. The fundamentals of Shao-Lin Kempo teach restraint when provoked and defense when attacked.
