We have programs for the following and our monthly tuition permits unlimited training options for eligible classes. Ages 3-6 - 3 days weekly Ages 7-12 - 7 days weekly Ages 10+ - teenage years - 2 days weekly Adults and Teens - 7 days a week We have classes in the gi and without (Nogi). We offer Muay Thai kickboxing for students 7-12 as well as teens and adults. We have fundamental, all level, and competition classes. We also host an open mat for 2 hours each Sunday for teens and adults as well as a kids competition class for those looking to compete and become a champion. Our staff is professionally trained and certified with many years experience working with kids, adults, and even those with special needs. We love helping people learn to defend themselves, get more fit, learn a fun sport, make friends, gain confidence, and reduce stress and hyperactivity.
