Authentic Kung-Fu Inc offers a unique blend of traditional Chinese martial arts styles at their Fort Worth, TX location. Students can explore the craft of Praying Mantis, which originated as a Northern Chinese style utilized by caravan guards in challenging terrains. Wing Chun, a Southern Chinese style developed by a Buddhist nun, focuses on close-range combat techniques that do not rely on physical strength. Additionally, students can delve into the philosophy of Kung Fu, which delves into the Chinese understanding of opposing forces and the concept of harmonizing with opponents. The classes at Authentic Kung-Fu Inc aim to not only teach martial arts techniques but also instill a deeper appreciation for the ancient art form and its application in everyday life.
