Mixed Martial Arts training and we are a fitness facility as well. We have everything from Kids Martial Arts to Adult martial arts. The 5,000 sqft gym is for the members to workout on and then we have 4,000 sqft of mat space to train Mixed Martial Arts.
We teach gracie jiu-jitsu under the legendary Royce Gracie. Teaching beginners jiu-jitsu for self defense [combatives], and advance jiu-jitsu for competition. All ages can train, starting off slowly learning techniques, and moving forward at YOUR own pace. No prerssure to compete or roll, just good people learning this amazing art.
