Filipino Martial Arts and Tae Kwon Do: Giron Arnis Escrima and Galleon Clan Escrima & Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do
Double Dragon Martial Arts offers a variety of programs for your individual needs. We offer toddler, school age, and adult classes in Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do and Women's Self Defense. Tae Kwon Do is the way of the hand and foot. It is a Korean form of martial arts, which is still young to its counterparts, yet growing faster and faster each day. "Tae" means to strike or block with the foot or to kick, it also means "jump". "Kwon" means fist, to strike or block with the hand. "Do" means the way of or art. Tae Kwon Do begins with learning forms, stances, blocks, hand strikes, and kicks. Further in to the training, the students learn to spar.
Our Martial Arts classes combine styles of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, and Kickboxing to develop a well-rounded martial artist. Premier Martial Arts teaches kids and adults both. We specialize in kid’s Martial Arts. Your children will build character and strength while learning how to focus, persevere and respect others.
