Momba Promotions LLC is a women-focused resilience, safety, and empowerment training company led by professional boxer and martial arts master instructor Carmen “The Momba” Gulliksen, with over 30 years of experience in combat sports, self-defense, and trauma-aware coaching. Unlike traditional self-defense classes that focus only on physical techniques, Momba combines real-world situational awareness, nervous-system regulation, mindset training, and practical physical skills to help women build confidence, calm under pressure, and personal safety in everyday life. Our workshops and coaching programs are designed for real situations — from workplace stress and burnout to personal boundaries, street safety, and recovery after life setbacks. We specialize in creating supportive, empowering environments where women of all ages can learn tools they can immediately apply. Momba serves individuals, community organizations, churches, gyms, schools, and corporate teams through interactive seminars, group workshops, and ongoing coaching programs. Every session is practical, engaging, and tailored to the audience. At Momba, we believe resilience is built through knowledge, community, and real-world skills — not fear-based training. Coach Flavio Kenup has trained for over 30 years in many different areas of the world and has built a unique curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
