We are excited to offer martial art classes for kids, families, women and men. Our kids leadership program will help prepare your child for all of life's challenges while giving them a fun and exciting workout. The leadership program works on increasing mental focus, listening, and respect skills while helping with behavioral traits at home, in the studio, and at school. Our classes also help build overall confidence as well as teaching students how to deal with bullying and peer pressure. For our adult classes we give you a fun workout while focusing on specific self-defense techniques. By the end of the class people are always amazed at how great of a workout they have.
