We offer classes in: Taiji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan), Qi gong, Meditation, Bagua Zhang (an internal martial art), Push Hands, Taiji weapons, and Taoist (Daoist) philosophy - both in-person & online. We welcome students interested in the understanding & practice of Taoist tradition, as well as those interested in movement and/or meditation to improve mental health & clarity, physical well-being, poise, balance, or martial skill. Instruction draws from the Chen-style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan system, set apart from other systems by its emphasis on nourishing the body and the use of mind-intent.

The course instructor is Zachary Pope, a former Marine of 12 years where he learned and honed his skills and became certified to teach other Marines how to defend themselves.
