2 Way Sports specializes in baseball training/development and football training/development. We provide position specific training, group position trainings, speed and agility training and specific skill training sessions. We are able to showcase our development skills through our travel baseball teams and our 7v7 football teams. We have won numerous PG baseball tournaments and 7v7 football tournaments. This is a true testament to our athletes and coaches on staff 2 Way Sports was created by two ex-collegiate athletes that love the game and that realized there is so much expertise to give back to future athletes. We pride ourselves on creating a comfortable, family like environment that promotes high competition and getting the best out of our athletes.

A2Z Provides the essential skill-sets training for any athlete to become faster, quicker and more athletically and fundamentally sound in their chosen sport. A2Z has trained hundreds of athletes and have helped multiple student athletes obtain college scholarships in their chosen sport. A2Z specializes in American Football for beginners as well as for advanced athletes but our training techniques transcend most sports as speed, strength and agility is needed to maximize your sports performance. We train male and female athletes from 10+ years of age. We train youth, student and college athletes. Our group boot camps are held every Saturday Throughout the summer (11AM - 1PM) and we do 1 on 1 at request during the week. This is the perfect opportunity for you or your youth athlete to take their speed, athleticism and skill sets to the next level.
