We are a base camp providing training in a way of life. We look at life holistically and believe that wrestling itself can inform the way we live our lives and better us as human beings. We provide a variety of tools coming from wellness research, mindfulness practices, positive psychology and person-centered planning methods. We work with students to decide what works for them and what does not as we help to shape them not only into excellent wrestlers, but into thriving human beings. We source techniques from folk style wrestling, freestyle wrestling, Greco Roman wrestling, no gi grappling and judo. Our eclectic style allows students room for creativity and our play-based approached gives them opportunities to discover their own unique style. We are an inclusive community and welcome students with varying levels of needs. We are an NJ DDD approved PPL vendor.
