Downtown Athletic Club offers a variety of exercise and physical fitness programs to its members. The amenities offered by the club include a fully equipped fitness center, swimming pool, and basketball, racquetball, handball, squash, volleyball and tennis courts. The club also provides conference halls and dining facilities for various occasions, such as conferences, weekend parties, special events, private functions and social gatherings. It offers a variety of activities that include physical and cardiovascular training, cycling, aerobics, yoga and Pilate sessions, stretching classes, martial arts and Keiser classes. The services offered by the club include massage therapies, personal training, sports medicine, meal planning, nutrition consultation, and fitness evaluations and sports injury consultations.
