Studio Novo features Lagree Fitness, a work out done on the third-generation Megaformer™. Lagree Fitness is the unique fusion of strength, core, cardio/circuit training and stretching into an intense, shirt-drenching, 50-minute exercise experience.
Worden Aquatics provides high quality private swim lessons to infants, toddlers, children, individuals with special needs, and adults. We have two indoor pool locations year round and several outdoor locations during the summer months. Our indoor pools are 93º & 83º degrees year round.
