Strength Development – Building functional strength in the legs, core, and upper body to improve bat speed, throwing velocity, and overall power while maintaining mobility. Rotational Power – Training explosive rotational movements (med ball throws, rotational lifts) to transfer force efficiently in swings and pitches. Speed and Agility – Enhancing acceleration, lateral quickness, and base-running efficiency through sprint work, plyometrics, and agility drills. Mobility and Flexibility – Maintaining joint health, especially in the shoulders, hips, and thoracic spine, to support efficient mechanics and reduce injury risk. Arm Care – Strengthening stabilizing muscles in the rotator cuff and scapula to protect pitchers and position players from overuse injuries. Conditioning – Training energy systems specific to baseball (short bursts of high intensity followed by recovery) rather than long-distance endurance. Recovery and Durability – Emphasizing prehab, corrective work, and proper recovery strategies so players can handle the demands of a long season.
