Cultural Meditation Tours offer a variety of private, group and specialty tours that include tea and or chocolate tastings. The Heaven and Earth Cultural Meditation Tour combines not only looking but seeing experiences while at Rothko Chapel with my signature Bless and Release walking meditation while on the replica labyrinth from Chartres Cathedral here in Houston, TX. Tastings are also coordinated both on the tour and at their location. Other tours include locations around Houston that lift the spirit and open your eyes to different types of architecture. Sandy Castillo is the founder and facilitator extraordinaire.
