Our mission is to provide independence for those with limited transportation resources and to offer convenience and peace of mind for busy families. We offer safe and reliable transportation at an affordable price, creating a great value for our members and non-members. Where2 offers a door to door service, rather than curb to curb. Our drivers help individuals who require extra assistance to get to the door of their destinations. Where2 drivers also assist members in loading or unloading walkers, luggage, groceries etc. With service like this, our members often feel like they are riding with a family member or companion. Members frequently ride with the same driver, allowing a friendship to develop. Driver's credentials are thoroughly checked on a yearly basis. They must pass a national criminal background check and are fingerprinted through the Boise Police Department. In addition, they are drug tested, have become CPR & First Aid certified and maintain a clean driving record.
