Owl Taxi was established in Bend, Or. in 1940, by Leroy Fasset. which means we have been in business for 72 years. It was also the local ambulance, hearse and tow company. In 1979, it was sold to Rufus & Bonnie Biggs. Who both moved to Bend in the 1920's. Rufus started as a driver in 1954. It is now owned and operated by the second and third generation of the Biggs family.
