The 2025 United Football League season wrapped up on Saturday when the DC Defenders defeated the Michigan Panthers 58-34 in the championship game.
With the UFL season now concluded, NFL teams can sign players from the spring league. The Denver Broncos have not signed any UFL players as of the time of this writing, but history suggests they will do their homework.
The Broncos have landed a spring league player in each of the last three years: long snapper Mitchell Fraboni (2022, USFL), quarterback Ben DiNucci (2023, XFL) and outside linebacker Dondrea Tillman (2024, UFL).
Fraboni is still with the club as a key special teams player. DiNucci served as QB3 during the 2023 season, and Tillman totaled five sacks as a rotational pass rusher in 12 games last season. That's the kind of talent NFL teams can find in the UFL, but it remains to be seen if Denver will make any signings following the spring league's 2025 campaign.
