CLEMSON — Key Clemson football contributors are on track to return in Week 4.
Unranked Clemson (1-2, 0-1 ACC) will host Syracuse (2-1) on Sept. 20 (noon ET, ESPN) at Memorial Stadium. The Tigers have been without starting wide receiver Antonio Williams (hamstring), left tackle Tristan Leigh (lower body) and safety Khalil Barnes (hamstring) after all suffered injuries against LSU in Week 1.
All are listed as probable on the ACC's availability report on Sept. 18. Starting nickel cornerback Misun Kelley is out, though. Cornerback Shelton Lewis is listed as Clemson 's backup nickel cornerback.
Instead of Clemson coach Dabo Swinney providing injury updates on players, the ACC has enforced schools to provide availability reports before conference games this season. The ACC will release them two days before games, an updated one a day prior then a final update two hours before kickoff.
Players will be designated as available (fully available to play), probable (likely to play; greater than 50% chance), questionable (uncertain to play; less than 50% chance) or out (will not play in the game) for the first two reports, and the options will reduce to available, game-time decision (final decision will be made closer to the game) or out on game days.
Here's the injury report for Clemson and Syracuse as of Sept. 18.
