Cowboys activate veteran safety, elevate RB prior to Week 11

TheDallas Cowboyshave activated safetyMalik Hookerahead of Monday night's important matchup with theLas Vegas Raiders. With a 3-5-1 record, the club cannot afford too many losses during the back stretch of the season, and they certainly can't afford to drop a game to the 2-7 Raiders.
With a ton of new blood set to make their debuts, the Cowboys are hoping to field almost an entirely different defense from their last time on the field. Trade acquisitionsQuinnen WilliamsandLogan Wilsonare going to get their first action wearing the star, as will rookie CBShavon Revel, fresh off the NFI list. Making his season debut will be linebackerDeMarvion Overshown, making his first appearance since tearing his ACL last year.

And now, the club has activated Malik Hooker, fresh off the IR list due to a toe injury suffered in Week 4. To make room, the club moved rookie OTAjani Corneliusto IR.
Dallas also elevated RBMalik Davisfor tonight's game.
