- Deion Sanders Proudly Reacts to Girlfriend Karrueche Tran’s Honor
After inheriting a one-win team at Jackson State in 2022, Deion Sanders engineered a 9–4 turnaround and top-25 finish for Colorado a year ago, restoring national relevance to a college football program that hadn't won more than five games in six years.
This spring, however, the Buffaloes lost several key contributors, most notably Heisman winner Travis Hunter and Sanders' sons Shedeur and Shilo, to the NFL.

Now, Colorado's season has already hit some early turbulence, with the Buffaloes dropping a 36–20 decision at Houston on Saturday to fall to 1–2 and raise questions about depth and continuity in Sanders' third season at Folsom Field.
Yet as Coach Prime wrestles with roster turnover, his personal life made headlines Monday when actress Karrueche Tran, long rumored to be by Sanders' side, thanked followers for her Black Beauty Roster Excellence Artist Award, prompting Sanders to comment on her Instagram post, "BEAUTIFUL & CLASSY one of my Favorite Colors."
Sanders entered fall camp recovering from bladder cancer surgery, revealing on July 28 that he had elected full removal of his bladder after a routine exam uncovered malignancy.

His son's media venture, "Well Off Media," released " For Your Glory that same day," a short documentary featuring Tran at Sanders' bedside, comforting him and summarizing the medical procedure.
Rumors of a relationship between Sanders and Tran sprouted after that moment, prompting fans to connect the actress to the Hall-of-Famer off the field.

Tran later addressed dating speculation on the "What's Next w/ J. Ryan" podcast, confirming, "Yeah, I'm dating… If I wasn't having fun, I wouldn't be in it. I know what I want" without naming Sanders explicitly, yet industry insiders viewed her remarks as a nod to Coach Prime's presence in her life.

Sanders has remained coy when asked directly, even joking, "we've got a bad connection" and ending an interview rather than confirming details.
