- When does Missouri football play its next game? Time, TV slot for Tigers vs Texas A&M
Mizzou's last chance at remaining in the playoff race will air as one of the highlight matchups of the Week 11 college football slate.
The Southeastern Conference on Monday announced the kickoff time and TV designation for Missouri football 's likely top-20 matchup against Texas A&M. The Tigers and Aggies are now scheduled to kick off at 2:30 p.m. CDT on Saturday, Nov. 8, in Columbia, and the game is set to air for a national audience on ABC.
Both Mizzou and Texas A&M are currently in an idle week, with neither team set to play this upcoming Saturday, Nov. 1.
Mizzou (6-2, 2-2 SEC) dropped in both major national polls Sunday, as the Tigers are now the No. 20 team in the US LBM Coaches Poll and the No. 19-ranked outfit in the AP Top 25. Head coach Eli Drinkwitz's Tigers lost a heartbreaker at Vanderbilt on Saturday, Oct. 25, as quarterback Beau Pribula left the game injured in the process.
The currently No. 3-ranked Aggies (8-0, 5-0) have looked like one of the most complete teams in the SEC so far this season. After trailing at halftime this past Saturday in Baton Rouge, Texas A&M scored 35 unanswered points in the second half to steamroll LSU 45-29, which proved to be the final game at the helm of LSU for now-fired head coach Brian Kelly.
With two losses on the season, Missouri can't afford any more slipups in the chase for a College Football Playoff berth. A 10-2 end-of-regular-season record is the likely minimum mark an SEC team needs to meet to make the 12-team field.
That's going to be a challenge for the Tigers. Pribula's spell on the sidelines "could be a while," per MU's head coach, meaning Mizzou will turn to true freshman Matt Zollers at quarterback while Pribula can't play. The Tribune was told an official update on Pribula's status is expected in the coming days, but early indications and reports suggest a return in the regular season is unlikely.

Mizzou has not yet announced that its game against Texas A&M has sold out. If the game does sell out, it will mark a program record 19th straight sold-out crowd in Columbia.
The Nov. 8 game against the Aggies will be the Tigers' penultimate home contest of the 2025 regular season.
