Georgia football has the most first-team All-SEC selections
The Georgia Bulldogs have an impressive 13 All-SEC selections, which is tied with the Texas Longhorns for the most in the conference. Georgia has 11 players that made the 2025 All-SEC teams including a pair of players that made the team twice in Zachariah Branch and Peyton Woodring .
No SEC team had more first-team selections than Georgia's 10. The Bulldogs have four first-team defenders, which is the most of any team in the conference. Impressively, Georgia has six first-team specialists, which compose the entire All-SEC first-team special teams unit.
Georgia's offense has just three All-SEC selections including no first-team selections. The media is not exactly overconfident in Georgia's offense this fall. Projected UGA starting quarterback Gunner Stockton did not make an All-SEC team as expected.
Georgia is predicted to finish second in the 16-team SEC behind Texas, who are the media's most popular SEC championship pick. Georgia begins SEC play in Week 3 of the 2025 college football season as the Dawgs hit the road to play the Tennessee Volunteers .
