Josh Elander was introduced as Tennessee's baseball head coach on Monday. He replaces Tony Vitello who served as the Vols' head coach from 2018-25.
Elander was Tennessee's associate head coach and recruiting coordinator from 2022-25. He was the Vols' assistant coach and recruiting coordinator from 2018-22. Elander also coached third base under Vitello.
During his introductory press conference as Tennessee's head coach, Elander said he intends to continue coaching third base during games.

He was also a volunteer assistant coach in 2017 at Arkansas and served as a student assistant at TCU in 2016.
