The 52-year-old Harrison and the 44-year-old Paul have maintained a professional relationship over the years. They've known each other dating back to Harrison's time with Nike, which overlapped with Paul's ascent in player representation.
Paul, who founded Klutch Sports Group, has become one of the more influential figures in the NBA. Aside from Davis, he also represents Lakers forward LeBron James , Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green , Atlanta Hawks guard Trae Young , Sacramento Kings guard Zach LaVine , and Cleveland Cavaliers guard Darius Garland , among others.
Harrison, meanwhile, has helped sustain the Mavericks as a contender, although he received major flak for trading Luka Doncic to the Lakers in exchange for Davis.
Is he planning another big move with Paul?
