- Grizzlies vs Celtics score, highlights: Ja Morant scores 26, but Memphis loses 3rd straight
The Memphis Grizzlies looked like a team determined not to get off to a slow start Monday night against the Boston Celtics at FedExForum.
Interim coach Tuomas Iisalo pointed out how a slow start hurt Memphis in a loss against the Los Angeles Lakers on Saturday.

The Grizzlies controlled most of the first quarter against the Celtics and had a seven-point lead. However, the tide turned after that. Boston erupted for 41 points in the second quarter and put together a strong finish to the game to pull away in a 117-103 win over the Grizzlies.
Ja Morant led the Grizzlies with 26 points, and Santi Aldama scored 21 off the bench. Jaren Jackson Jr. finished with 20 points and 15 rebounds.
Boston's 3-point shooting kept firing away and eventually found a groove. The biggest boost came from Al Horford , who made six 3-pointers off the bench.
The Grizzlies started the game guarding Jrue Holiday similarly to the first meeting by forcing him to make 3-pointers. Holiday made Memphis pay by knocking down four of his six 3-point attempts.
