Watch 2026 4-star WR and Texas A&M commit's incredible one-handed catch
Texas A&M's 2026 recruiting class features one of the top wide receiver prospects in the country, who is 100% locking in with the Aggies, having shut down his recruitment earlier this summer. This summer, four-star Aaron Gregory made the rounds at various camps, showcasing his elite skillset, particularly his fluid route running, twitchy athleticism, and downfield speed, which have contributed to his rise as the 79th-ranked prospect (247Sports Composite) in the 2026 cycle.
While Texas A&M's 2025 season opener against UTSA is still 16 days away, Gregory's senior season with Douglas County HS will begin on Saturday against North Gwinnett. So far, the standout pass catcher has already made one of the most impressive receptions ahead of the season during the school's recent scrimmage against Rome. Extending for the one-handed grab, Gregory utilized his length while keeping two feet in the endzone, which was honestly even more impressive.
Joining four-star wide receivers Madden Williams and Mike Brown, Texas A&M's future wide receiver rotation is in solid shape, knowing that all three prospects will sign their early letter of intent in early December. Last season, Gregory had his most productive season, reeling in a career high 53 receptions for 914 yards and nine touchdowns.
After losing out on 2024 five-star WR Cam Coleman, who flipped his early Texas A&M commitment to Auburn this time last year, securing Gregory is a significant recruiting win for coach Mike Elko and WR coach Holmon Wiggins.
