WWE is launching its first-ever licensed ready-to-drink alcoholic beverage and the collaborator it chose to work with is just as excited about the "unforgettable" launch.
On Wednesday, WWE announced that it had entered into a "new, multi-year partnership" with Seagram's Escapes Spiked –yes, the line of popular malt beverages–which not only resulted in the debut of a WWE-licensed ready-to-drink offering but the first-ever co-branded Seagram's Escapes Spiked.
A joint announcement from WWE's parent company, TKO Group Holdings, explained that deciding to partner with Seagram's was easy (though some fans may argue it's somewhat unexpected).

"Seagram's has a rich history of innovation and a deep commitment to authenticity," TKO's executive vice president and head of global partnerships Grant Norris-Jonessaid in a statement, explaining that's part of what made the iconic drink company "the ideal partner to go to market with our first-ever licensed ready-to-drink product as we continue to broaden and diversify the category."
The Seagram's Escapes Spiked WWE series features flavors like Rumble Punch, Pineapple Powerhouse and Slammin' Blueberry.
The collaborative effort transforms the look of three of Seagram's Escapes Spiked beverages with a completely rebranded design that includes bolder packaging and more aggressive names, according to the May 28 press release.

Featured in the new WWE series are Rumble Punch (which uses Seagram's Jamaican Me Happy), Pineapple Powerhouse (Pineapple Cherry Lime), and Slammin' Blueberry (Blueberry Lemon), all of which are 10% ABV. The rebranded cans are said to be available at retailers that normally carry Seagram's Escapes, if not now, then in the coming weeks–but that's not all.
The partnership means more than just rebranding Seagram's Escapes and promotional opportunities for the popular beverage brand; it also means strategic appearances and "unforgettable" experiences for fans.
"Our collaboration with WWE marks an exciting moment for Seagram's Spiked as we connect with WWE's global audience," Jaime Polisoto, brand director at Seagram's Escapes. added. "Plus, our sales team is thrilled to leverage WWE Superstar appearances at retailers nationwide, creating unforgettable experiences for fans."
