The Jacksonville Jaguars rookie wide receiver duo have each been able to stand out during offseason programs.
On Day 3 of the 2026 NFL draft, the Jaguars selected Baylor's Josh Cameron and Stanford's CJ Williams, adding needed depth and competition to the back end of the wide receiver depth chart.

We know that Brian Thomas Jr. , Parker Washington , Jakobi Meyers , and Travis Hunter will lead the way at wideout, but the final two roster spots were seemingly up for grabs heading into the offseason; although now, both Cameron and Williams have established strong foundations during offseason programs.
Following the two weeks of recent OTA practices, John Shipley of Jaguars on SI wrote that Williams has "arguably been the top backup receiver on the practice field" this offseason.
Liam Coen also mentioned that Williams leads the team in receptions as of now.
Cameron had been sidelined for a portion of the offseason workouts, but was on the field for Tuesday's minicamp practice and was among the standout performers.

Jamal St. Cyr of News-4-Jax wrote that Cameron was "impressive" and made a nice downfield catch, where he showcased his physicality as a wideout.
"I really like what I have seen from Williams and Cameron so far," St. Cyr wrote.
Offensive coordinator Grant Udinski had this to say about his early impressions of Williams and Cameron.
"The physicality, the attacking, their play style shows up, run game, pass game, screen game, you name it. Individual drill shows up," said Udinski on Tuesday. "But both of those guys have been first and foremost great people to have in the locker room, in the classroom, diligent, the way they study, the way they prepare, the way they want to go out there and perform to our standard has been a real treat to be around.

"Now, they also add an element of strength and physicality. Both those guys are bigger receivers that can do things in the run game. And you see the catches that Josh is making downfield using that body, using his physical presence to help himself create separation."
The next step for both will be carrying this momentum into training camp when the pads come on, and the intensity turns up, but both are off to strong starts.
